Artists’ timeline
A long time ago I’ve been working on this timeline with all the artists, sorted by country and life periods. And I finally ended it.
This timeline is useful to compare and do analogies between the countries, the movements and the historical period they happen.
In the beginning I thought of making it grouping the artists by artistic movements, but there are certain technical impossibilities, such as artists involved in several movements (like Picasso) or the amount of different movements since the second half of the 20th century (minimal art, Op art, conceptual art, etc.). Still, you can look at the artists somewhat grouped by movement (if you go to France at the end of the 19th century, you can see that they are almost all impressionists). I also thought of including just the period of work of an artists, but this is very subjective and, therefore, the years of the artists correspond their life period.
You’ll also notice that I bolded the most important artists. This is also very subjective, but you will have to accept my opinion.
Needless to say, this timeline does not cover all the artists in the world, because this task would be impossible; it just serves as a guide.

We have to use the best engines to make our products competitive, which is why we opted to use our own chips. But we may very well end up using products from Qualcomm again in the next Galaxy phone.
When we’re having the conversation, we’re lucky enough to go to MJ’s house and we get to go out into his garage and he always has Italian sports cars in his garage. Seems like he gets a new one every year.
